Does Andy Sixx Love His Kid

Graft Architekturbüro

Who would have thought a dental clinic could be so aesthetic?
Certainly not my real phobia of the dentist. The clinic called KU64 is located in Berlin and was designed by the architectural firm Graft .

The name of this office does not reminded me much and yet ... These 3
Germans Willemeit Thomas, Wolfram Putz and Lars Krückeberg, all in their mid-thirties, are the "trendy new architects" of Hollywood. They run all the architectural firm "Graft" in Berlin, Los Angeles and Beijing! They have recently been at the forefront with their Project Hotel Berlin Q! where the walls become furniture.

This time, addressing the design of a place that most of us fear, these young architects sought to create a comfortable and optimistic (which work!).

The position of the clinic on 5 and 6 levels of an office building gave the designers the idea of a scenario beach with large windows facing south located. The

" sandbanks " design concept, evoke the banks of the Baltic Sea.

The windows in the rooms care leave to spend the day in such a way that once the patient sitting, he (according to developers) "the feeling of being in a lounge chair with just a wall that would protect from the wind" ...

It would almost feel like going to the dentist ... I said "almost" !
